Mr. Cervantes is a veteran classroom teacher in LAUSD and history professor at Glendale Community College. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California. He is also the author of a popular series of children's book including "Cesar Chavez: A Short History and Activities", "Growing up Latino/a in the USA", and "San Fernando: a Short History and Activities".
